Una villa unifamiliare rinata da un residenza abbandonata sulla Riviera Ligure.
La ristrutturazione totale e l’ampliamento dell’edificio esistente, realizzati nel 2005, hanno permesso di creare una residenza unifamiliare elegante.
Su due livelli, si affaccia sul giardino verso il mare che è stato ridisegnato a terrazze.
Protagonista la luce solare che filtra dalle ampie finestre nella zona giorno al primo livello e nella zona notte al secondo livello.
I pavimenti sono in seminato ed in cotto; le pareti sono decorate con boiserie dipinte che prendono spunto dalle tipiche case genovesi.
An abandoned mansion in the area of Riviera Ligure becomes a one-family house.
The whole structure restoration, and the enlargement of the preexisting building, that took place in 2005, allowed to create a smart one-family house.
It is structured on two levels and it has a big terraced garden overlooking the sea.
The light filters widely through the big windows into the living room at first floor, and through the bedrooms at the second floor.
There are ‘terracotta’ and ‘alla veneziana’ floors and painted boiserie on the wall, which draw on the typical houses of Genoa.
