Sulla riviera Ligure, nel Savonese, la ristrutturazione interna in una antica villa.
Villa DeMari, è una storica residenza con impianto iniziale settecentesco.
La ristrutturazione totale dell’edificio ha permesso di eliminare tutte le sovrapposizioni create nel tempo e di ridare splendore agli spazi interni. In questa residenza, la ristrutturazione è stata capillare: sono state consolidate tutte le volte restaurando gli affreschi e gli stucchi.
Gli ampi spazi interni sono stati tra loro collegati riutilizzando le antiche porte interne. I vecchi pavimenti in legno sono stati rimontati dopo loro restauro. Le ampie altezze hanno inoltre permesso di creare doppi livelli in due zone della casa. Le finestre di affaccio verso il mare creano tagli di luce ogni volta differenti.
In the area of Riviera Ligure, near Savona, took place the interiors restoration of an ancient mansion.
Villa DeMari, is an historical house which structure belongs to the 18th century.
The restoration of the whole building allowed the project to delete all the overlaying created across the years and
restore the original splendour of the interiors. In this manor, the restoration of the “piano nobile” has been very extensive: all the vaults have been well-established restoring frescoes and plasters.
The large indoor spaces have been connected one another re-using the original doors and the old wooden floors have been restored and reassembled after that. The great height of the mansion allowed the project to create doubled levels in two of the areas. The windows, with a magnificent view upon the sea, filter the light differently every time.
