Nel 2005 in un ampio appartamento di 250mq, all’ultimo piano di un edificio degli anni’70 si è realizzata la ristrutturazione con la nuova ambientazione interna.
Il living suddiviso in due zone dal camino si affaccia verso una parete in legno e vetro che crea la zona cucina e di servizio. Una parete curvilinea argento lo separa dalla zona delle camere ognuna col proprio bagno.
Il pavimento in legno chiaro, gli stucchi alle pareti, l’insieme degli arredi ricercati e la luce delle ampie finestre che si affacciano sui terrazzi creano un’ambientazione d’effetto. Una scala in ferro e vetro porta al roof garden che sovrasta tutta la residenza.
Penthouse in Milan, private residence. In 2005 at the last floor of a 1970s building took place the restoration of a big apartment of 250 square meters with a new interiors setting.
The living part has been divided in two parts where the chimney looks at a wooden and glass wall that creates a kitchen area. A curvilinear silver wall separates it from the bedrooms part, each one with its bathroom.
The flooring in light wood, the plastered walls, the fine furnitures and the light coming from the big windows of the balconies aim at creating an impressive setting. A steal and glass stair leads to the roof garden upon the whole loft.
